Well, hopefully with one hour left, I am still not looking for that last fish to fill my limit! But since I have been in that situation a few times, I would go to my favorite "go to bait" and throw the SENKO!
This last year I spent a ton of time learning to fish a small finesse worm on a jig head. I would say if I need one more fish that would be it. Not always going to get the big one but it's pretty reliable.
Two choices, First is a 5/16 oz Brovarney Thumper Flippin Jig w/Zoom small chunk, or a Yum Dinger.

So was I Darrin, hour to go, I would think you would try to cover as much water as you can. Therefore I chose a shad rap. All this slow presentation really surprises me.
